In collaboration with scientists and industry experts, we have developed survey templates to measure psychological safety, eNPS and agile mindset. In addition, individual questionnaires can be created and evaluated.
Data relevant for teams or the entire organization can be retrieved through various integrations and displayed in the company and team dashboards. The data can be merged with data collected through the agyleOS platform to put it into the big picture and give it additional context. An overview of all important KPIs of your teams is being created by that - without having to search for them in other systems.
agyleOS helps companies not only to make diversity visible in their teams, but also to actively promote it. The pronunciation feature allows employees to record their name and add it to their profile. The language widget gives an overview of which languages are spoken in the organization.
