Who we are:

agyleOS is an operations system for people, agility & culture. With our platform, we combine the knowledge of Agile Coaches, HR professionals, CEOs and teams directly to build a platform that from all their perspectives supports self-organisation or becoming self-organised in the first place.

We believe that people management tools need to become more people centric and deliver value for all stakeholders within an agile company. To do so, agyleOS is going to connect all basic tools that agile teams need. To that, central KPIs like the agility, remote or diversity levels of teams should be transparently shown at any time within the platform.

To be able to spread our message far and wide, we are looking for a passionate Lean Content Marketing Manager to join us in full or part-time.

This is what you would be doing:

You would be developing our content marketing strategy from scratch, with a strong focus on Google and LinkedIn. As we are still a very young start-up, you can work in the green field and bring your ideas in from the very beginning. In our communication, we want to talk about the topics new work, agility, diversity and everything related to a modern workplace. Our vision is to bring our ideas to shaping the future workplace and we want as many people to hear our ideas as possible. We want to do so by publishing relevant content with a high degree of professionalism but also humour. We have so many ideas in our team but we need someone to bring these ideas together and develop a shared content marketing strategy from it, so that our brand and message is consistent over all channels we use. You can really be creative and try out all that you think could be the right way to stand out with our message. You are the point where all content marketing activities in our team come together and the one who analyses what worked well and what does not.

Your profile:

You are a creative mind and already start getting some ideas on interesting topics when you think about the future workplace. You share our passion for new work and agility and like digging into these topics and spreading the message of how companies should look like in the future. You are fluent in English and in the best case in German as well but that is not a must. You follow a trial-and-error approach in your work and like trying out new things. Social media is your second home and you like being active and building a network on LinkedIn with our target group. You have some experience in SEO and pay attention to it in everything you create. You love working in the greenfield, developing strategies from scratch and taking responsibility. Last but not least, you are a team player and like working closely together in a small team of 12. We want to change the way how companies work and we would love to take you on that journey with us!
